Using the Built-In Humidifier
Your Humidor Box includes a compact humidifier designed to maintain your cigars’ freshness wherever you go. You can activate it in one of two ways:

Using Drinkable Water (Short Trips):

  • Open the humidor compartment.
  • Add a few drops of distilled or drinkable water (avoid tap water) in the humidifier filter. Wait 30 minutes for the humidity to stabilize, then check the Relative Humidity (RH). If it reads between 65% and 70%, you're good to go. If it's below that range, simply add a bit more water.
  • Ideal for quick storage and short travels.
  • This method lasts 1-2 weeks—best for short trips.

Using Humidity Packs (Recommended):

  • Insert a small humidity pack (such as Fluid & Fire 69%) inside the humidor space.
  • No mess, no maintenance—keeps cigars fresh for 2-3 months.

Using the Lighter (Included)

  • All lighters are shipped empty for safety. Here’s how to prepare it:

Refill with Butane:

  • Turn the lighter upside down.
  • Insert the nozzle of a butane gas can into the valve on the bottom.
  • Press for a few seconds until filled.

Adjust the Flame:

  • Use the adjustment key included in your case.
  • Rotate clockwise for a stronger flame, counterclockwise for a softer one.

Ignite and Use:

  • Wait a few minutes after refilling.
  • Ignite and enjoy a smooth, consistent flame.
  • Ships from the USA.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • ETAs range from 2 to 5 business days for domestic orders (USA).
  • International orders may take longer to arrive, depending on customs clearance and local postal services (3 to 7 business days).

FAQs

Yes. Even though it’s a compact humidor, the Spanish cedar interior still needs seasoning to properly maintain humidity.
To season:

  • Lightly wipe the cedar interior with a cloth dampened in distilled/drinkable water (avoid over-soaking).
  • Add distilled/drinkable water to the included humidifier.
  • Close the case and let it rest for 24–48 hours before placing cigars inside.
This prepares the wood to regulate moisture without drying out your cigars.

Absolutely. These travel humidors are built for portability and protection. The hard leather exterior, secure zippers, and cedar lining help maintain cigar freshness while you’re on the go.

We recommend checking the humidity every 7–10 days, especially in dry environments. Refill the humidifier with distilled/drinkable water to maintain optimal humidity (65–72%).

Yes, but if they have very distinct aromas or flavors, it’s best to separate them using dividers or individual sleeves. The cedar interior enhances the aroma over time, so mixing contrasting cigars may alter their profiles.

Spanish cedar helps regulate humidity, repels tobacco beetles, and enhances the aroma and aging of your cigars over time—making it the ideal wood for cigar storage.

Use a calibrated hygrometer to monitor humidity and a humidifier or humidity packs to maintain levels between 65% and 72%, depending on your preference. Check regularly and refill as needed.
