- Fueling & Adjustment: Before first use, fill the lighter with premium butane through the bottom valve. Use the adjustment wheel surrounding the valve to set your desired flame height. Monitor the fuel level via the side window.
- Cutting Your Cigar: Choose your preferred cut. For a straight cut, fold out the straight cutter blade. For a V-cut, use the integrated V-cutter on the face of the lighter. Both feature sharp stainless steel blades for a clean finish.
- Ignition: Press down firmly on the main ignition switch to ignite the windproof triple-jet flame. Toast the foot of your cigar evenly before taking your first draw.
- Using the Tools: If your cigar has a tight draw, slide out the draw enhancer needle and gently insert it into the head of the cigar to open the airway. Use the dual-needle ash pick to hold the final third of the cigar securely. When resting, place your lit cigar in the groove on the top safety cover.

This ensures your order arrives safely and in full compliance with aviation and shipping regulations — but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than our standard timeframe.
