1. Returns & Exchanges
1.1 We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be:

Unused and in original, sellable condition

Returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or tags
1.2 To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@fluidandfire.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
1.3 After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

Exchanges will be processed and shipped promptly, subject to item availability
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products

Digital downloads, gift cards, or promotional items

Items used or altered from their original condition
3. Defective or Damaged Products
3.1 If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including return shipping if necessary.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend:

5. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
