1. Returns and Exchanges:

1.1 We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.2 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Returns or exchanges made without an RMA number will not be accepted.

1.3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

1.4 If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase within 7 business days. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and replacement items will be shipped out as soon as possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

2.1 Certain types of items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

3.1 If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

4. Return Shipping:

4.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

5.1 If a package is refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return shipping fees incurred by us.

6. Restocking Fee:

6.1 A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition or are missing parts or accessories. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
