  1. Fueling the Torch: Before first use, invert the station and fill the lighter with premium butane gas through the bottom valve. Allow it to rest for 3-5 minutes before igniting to let the gas stabilize.
  2. Adjusting the Flame: Use the large adjustment wheel located at the base to set your desired flame height. Turn towards the (+) for a larger flame and (-) for a smaller flame.
  3. Deploying the Cutters: To use the straight or V-cutter located at the top, gently press the top release mechanism. The cutter will spring open, ready to deliver a precise, clean cut to your cigar's cap. The section immediately below acts as a trimmings ashtray.
  4. Utilizing the Ashtrays: To detach any of the three base ashtrays for use or cleaning, simply twist the joint to the right. After your ritual, rinse the metal ashtrays with warm water and wipe dry before reattaching.

This ensures your order arrives safely and in full compliance with aviation and shipping regulations — but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than our standard timeframe.

If you encounter a cigar with a tight draw, carefully slide out the long, thin draw enhancer needle from the side of the station and gently insert it into the head of the cigar to create a channel for the smoke. For smoking a cigar down to the nub, slide out the two-pronged fork tool from the opposite side and insert it into the side of the short cigar to hold it securely without burning your fingers.
